FLUX.1 Turbo Alpha
Overview :
FLUX.1-Turbo-Alpha is an 8-step distilled Lora based on the FLUX.1-dev model, released by the Alimama Creative Team. This model employs a multi-head discriminator to enhance distillation quality and can be used for text-to-image (T2I), denoising control networks, and other FLUX-related models. It is recommended to set the guidance scale to 3.5 and the Lora scale to 1. The model is trained on 1M open source and internal images, using adversarial training to improve quality, with the original FLUX.1-dev transformer fixed as the backbone of the discriminator and adding multi-heads at each layer.
Target Users :
Target audience includes researchers, developers, and enthusiasts in the field of image generation and editing. The FLUX.1-Turbo-Alpha model is particularly well-suited for users who require rapid generation of high-quality images due to its impressive image generation capabilities and its excellent adaptability to denoising control networks.

Use Cases
Generate an image described as 'a shiny Volkswagen van painted with a cityscape. A smiling sloth stands in front of the van on the grass, dressed in a leather jacket, cowboy hat, kilt, and bowtie, holding a long stick and a large book.'
Repair a damaged image using the FLUX.1-Turbo-Alpha model to restore it to its original state.
Transform a regular image into an artistic piece with a specific style or theme using the FLUX.1-Turbo-Alpha model.
Features
Text-to-image generation: The FLUX.1-Turbo-Alpha model can directly generate images based on text descriptions.
Denoising control networks: This model adapts well to denoising control networks, allowing the accelerated generation to closely follow the original outputs.
Multi-head discriminator: Utilizes a multi-head discriminator to enhance the distillation quality of the model.
Adversarial training: Improves the quality of generated images through adversarial training.
Fixed guidance scale: Maintains a fixed guidance scale of 3.5 during training for better generation results.
Mixed precision training: Employs bf16 mixed precision during training to enhance training efficiency.
Supports various application scenarios: Suitable for a wide range of image generation and editing tasks, such as image restoration and style transfer.
How to Use
1. Import necessary libraries such as torch and diffusers.
2. Create an instance of FluxPipeline and load weights from the pre-trained model.
3. Transfer the model to the GPU to accelerate computations.
4. Load Lora weights and integrate them.
5. Define the prompt text for image generation.
6. Call the pipe method to generate images, setting parameters such as guidance scale, image size, number of inference steps, and maximum sequence length.
7. Retrieve the generated images for further processing or display.
